Introductory Cleanroom Training
Training is the essential element in developing good cleanroom Cleaning Technicians. Our workers must have a thorough understanding of exactly what a cleanroom is, how it functions and what purpose it serves. Equally important is imparting knowledge of what kinds of contamination causes problems for our customer’s specific process and products. In this way, explaining what, why, and how contamination will be eliminated, is much easier to comprehend.
Personnel Training is Mandatory
Our Training Program involves classroom instruction, multimedia, Knowledge Assessment, and On-the-Job-Training (OJT) for all employees who work in customer cleanrooms and associated controlled environments.
Customer SOP Training
Upon completion of CTS training, our Quality Director and Account Manager collaborates with customers to schedule customer specific SOP training as required. Each team member has an Employee Training Record documenting successful completion of all training. These records are available for our customers to review at any time.
